We had a great time. The crew was outstanding, the snorkeling was awesome. The boat was very clean. We recommend!

While the actual snorkeling trip was fun, it is important to note that once you have booked you must cancel 7 DAYS ahead in order to have your deposit refunded. Weather conditions were not good for our original date which we had booked ahead and I attempted to cancel 24 hours ahead (since I then had a current weather report) when I was informed that my deposit (for 5 people) would not be refunded. I don't know about you- but snorkeling with no sun is like camping in the rain. The CEO for Ashford Inc which owns owns Sebago is Monty Bennett. I even faced a very rude "supervisor" when I requested a refund after THEY had canceled a scheduled tour for my family members. I have written to Mr. Bennett. So- just find your day when you are actually in Key West and then schedule. Otherwise- you may kiss your deposit good-by.

Friendly staff, immaculate boat and a great spot in the coral reef to stop. We were able to snorkel and see a bunch of wildlife we even saw a shark! Amazing trip and after we were finished we had drink on the boat until we were back at the docks! Couldn’t ask for a better trip!
