My college daughter and I took a half day down in Key West and had the most speculative time with the Sebago snorkel crew. They were friendly, experienced, and just plain fun! We had a great time and plan to go for a longer trip with them next time we go to Key West!

We had great expectations going into the trip but left a little disappointed. The obvious issue was that they packed so many people on the boat that there was no place to sit down. Imagine having to stand on a rocky boat half the time. There were only 2 restrooms on the boat and we did not receive instructions prior to the trip that it would be better to change into the swim attire before getting on the boat. Imagine a fully packed boat trying to use the restrooms to change. The crew was really nice and tried their best but because there were so many people packed on the boat, they could not divert their attention to everyone. The waters were so choppy that half the people, including my friends, hardly spent time in the water. Luckily I got the hang of things and got out into the water. The reef itself was not that exciting. Saw a few fish here and there but honestly, the entire experience was just disappointing.

I am sorry you had a bad experience. Absolutely none of our boats are ever filled to capacity. However on the holidays we are very busy and the boats are crowded. Again I apologige for your bad experience.
