They canceled the kayak trip. I’d like a refund. It rained out. They offered another trip but we had to leave key west.

It was just a three hour boat ride. Not sure why the title of this trip is “Half-Day Snorkel Excursion.” We did snorkel for about 30 minutes but there was nothing to see where we stopped to snorkel. The crew was very nice but did not offer much guidance on where to see fish or coral while snorkeling. They emphasized to us not to swim to far from the boat and we were limited to a really small area. There were to many people in the water in such a small area. If you are looking for a boat ride with really nice views this trip is for you but don’t expect much while snorkeling.

The crew was great, patient with new ones and made the trip enjoyable Tatiana(hopefully spelled that correctly) was especially amazing she made us a list of great things to do and eat while we're here. She was so sweet.
