The boat was clean. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We did not see ANY fish. Boring trip. Not a good spot to snorkel, water was not very clear. We thought we were going to a reef as described in the ad. I understand no one has control over nature and destinations have to change sometimes but I would think they would be better prepared for an alternate site where there are aquatic life to see

This was my family's first snorkeling excursion together. Our 3 kids are 12, 10, 8 for reference. The crew was great. It's very well organized, they explained everything thoroughly, and the ride out was nice. Took about an hour getting there and back so you aren't in the water for more than 45 min. The only downside (which the crew had nothing to do with) was how choppy the waters were. I expected smooth, crystal clear waters but the water was much rougher than I had anticipated. The area where we were didn't have a ton to see animal wise. Because this was our first experience and the waters were so choppy, the anxiety I felt just trying to get my bearings did take away from the experience. However, you are able to get on the boat, take a break and get back in. I did that and felt much better. Overall, we would do it again. I'm glad I got back in a second time and knew what to expect. My kids stayed in the water and knew when they needed a break as well. I definitely recommend the company. Crew takes care of you and there are cocktails for the ride back!
