Our guide, Robin, was awesome - she was great at teaching us about the ecosystem and was able to answer all of our questions. Be prepared to use your strength if it is a windy day, we did a 2 seater option and I am glad that we did because we needed the strength to propel ourselves on the return journey as we were fighting the wind and current. It is a short drive ( Lazy dog transports you) from the initial location to the kayak launching area. Make sure you wear sunscreen, hats, and most people wore rash guards to protect against the sun. The snorkeling is centered on 2-3 mildly deeper areas within the kayak adventure, it's not full of brightly-colored life as it would be out in the ocean, rather everything is more brown and green since you are in the mangrove clusters. I would do this adventure again if we return, or another adventure through this same company as I think the value is excellent.

The guide (Jan) was very nice and he made all the kayakers feel comfortable. We saw different wildlife along the way. It's a little hard to hear everything and the was the only reason the tour didn't get a 5. Nice tunnels through the mangroves. We had an elderly couple guessing 70 on the tour and they were good paddlers, but handled it well. Trip took just over 2 hours.

Excellent way to spend a couple of hours in the calm Key West waters. Payton was an awesome tour guide taking time to point out marine life and even to help us upright our kayak! She was a very patient and informative guide.
