The guys working there especially Shy were really friendly. They helped us with the cataterman and paddle boards

Was not able to enjoy due to cancellation because of the weather. The weather was rainy and windy. Unable to parasail or use water toys.

Greetings, We do apologize that the weather caused the cancellation. If we cancel the trip/tour our guests get a 100% refund. If you did not get a refund please give our office a call at 305-296-2554, unfortunately I do not have any of your information from this review.

An experience to remember!! John & Shy, thank you for your friendly expertise and getting us settled with all of our watercraft and beach chairs. You both are such a great team together. Shy, thank you for the sailing instruction. We handled the Hobie like a boss after you took the time to teach us the ropes... err, sheets. Wayne & Cody, thank you for a personalized parasailing experience. We saw the southern-Southern most point of Key West at what seemed was the height of the naval planes passing by. It was thrilling and your instructions and prep were professional and fun. You both are also a great team that synergized together. We are returning Key West Conchs and the amazing teams at Sunset Watersports on Smathers Beach gave us a proper welcome home. Thank you all for the unforgettable experiences!!! //The Real McCoys
