The experience was wonderful! The only thing when we were doing that parasailing the guy who was putting on the equipment was rude with my family bc we were a big group and we changed decisions about who was doing the rides, the rest of the staff was amazing.

We apologize if you feel that the guy putting on the equipment was less than nice in your opinion, but please note that there is Only 1 hour to leave the shore, get to the area to parasail, and allow for Everyone to get a chance to enjoy the experience and get back to shore in a timely manner. So, if there was Indecisiveness with your group, than that would cause pressure on him, so please be understanding of the situation that our staff had to deal with. Thank you.
