We are in the way to the canyons walking to the entrance and then they canceled all the tours for the day. Then they werenā€™t telling us anything and the people at the ticket booth were not helpful at all. They wouldā€™ve been a lot more professional.

We drove all the way(5 hours) from Las Vegas to do the tour and it was closed for the day. There was no communication, letting us know before hand that the tour was canceled. This seems to be an all around screw up from top to bottom. You have to let people know what's going on before the take a 5 hour drive. Plus I seen many other families show up only to find out their tour was canceled too. The looks on their faces were priceless just as I'm sure the look on my face was priceless as well. To all the people that read this, make sure you call and triple check to make sure your tour is not canceled before you commit to the drive because they won't tell you.
