Yellowstone is beautiful and we did get to see some amazing things. I think our guide was knowledgeable, but we couldn't hear him most of the time. This operation needs to seriously consider purchasing microphones for their guides when driving in the vans.
The van holds 14 people, and we had 14 people. It was very difficult to get in and out. At the end of the day, we found a step stool that the driver could have used to help people in and out, but it was never offered. He asked people to move around to different areas of the van to give the people in the back row an opportunity to not be stuck back there for 8 hours. Half of the people never moved seats, and at 6' it was challenging to have to crawl back there most of the day.
Our snack bag, turkey sandwich and drinks were acceptable.

Thank you for the review. We are very sorry to hear you did not enjoy the tour. The van is a 15-passenger, one ton, high roof, Ford Transit. It is the biggest van on the market. The seats are normal-sized seats. The back row is not any smaller than any of the other rows. These are not bus tours. These are active van tours. If people require more than one seat, they need to reserve their tour accordingly. It sounds like you toured with DV. Although, he is an experienced Yellowstone guide, this was his first run with us and he is still getting used to our systems. Also, we will make sure to get him a microphone. Thanks again for your input. It is valued and we will do our best to make sure nobody in the backseat is left behind.
