Port of the Islands Marina

The 90 minute covered boat Tour departs from Port of the Islands Marina every 45 minutes daily 365 days per year.

Manatee Sightseeing & Wildlife Adventures

Experienced nature loving Coast Guard licensed captains to narrate the tour in a manner that resonates with children/adults of all ages. Manatees in the wild may be in the harbor area, the residential bays, or in the exciting mangrove forest. Manatees come to the boat over 90% of the time. Patrons enjoy matching birds in the trees to the provided Everglades bird Card. There is a max of 6 passengers per boat. Family groups of 7-42 will use multiple boats staying close.

We did not take the tour do to your mistake please refund my $131.40. The vendor admitted to your mistake PLEASE REFUND MY $$$$ on my credit card

Captain John was great! He gave us lots of information about the manatees. He also has a great sense of humor. We were lucky to see 7 or 8 manatees, an alligator, and some birds. The only negative thing about the trip was that our granddaughter was sick that morning , and she and her mom couldn't go. We were disappointed that there was no refund. I know the policy says that there has to be 24 hour notice, but three of us still went on the trip. We didn't know 24 hours before that she would be ill. We thought that there might be a little more consideration. Otherwise, it was a terrific experience!

We had a wonderful time. Our tour guide was so much fun and very knowledgeable. He had the sweetest little co-captain (his doggy), Bella on board. We saw several manatees, a crocodile and other wild life.
