My family has been visiting Naples for years but rarely venture out of the resort for tourist activities. I convinced everyone to try a boat tour and it was honestly better than we expected. Captain Storm knew the area inside and out. He took us to all the manatees’ favorite hangouts and we were able to see mamas with calves and a few big boys too. He knew exactly how to get us close while being exceptionally respectful of them. And we loved that about the tour. Not only was it exciting to see and learn about the native wildlife, just going out for a breezy relaxing boat ride for the afternoon was a treat in itself. This tour was worth every penny of the cost of admission and we were so thrilled by the experience we were happy to tip our Captain well! We can’t wait to go again next year.

Our captain was fun, informative, and great with our 2 year old. On our trip we didn’t see any manatees until the very end. Captain Paul was undeterred and kept searching till he found 2. Great time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our sightseeing cruise with Captain Storm. He was friendly, funny and taught us quite a bit about the local flora and fauna. My 10-year-old is huge fan of manatees, and the captain taught her some new facts too! We saw two manatees on our tour, which was a testament to Captain Storm's experience and knowledge of the area, because the weather conditions were not conducive to our efforts. The cruise was also quite enjoyable for the scenery in general. From admiring the houses along the sheltered coves to cruising up the river surrounded by the mangrove forest, there was something interesting to see at every point of the journey. The boat itself was comfortable and well maintained. We also saw several fish, including a small shark, at the dock while waiting to board/disembark. The marina was easy to find, and it was just a few minutes away from Marco Island. The *only* reason I didn't give a 5-star rating was because we paid extra for a private tour, but our actual tour wound up not being private. Another guest was allowed to board (even though we'd paid for a private tour). The guest had come on the wrong day, it turns out, but this issue wasn't discovered until after we'd left the marina. The situation was awkward, and it definitely took the shine off an otherwise wonderful outing. Despite the issue with our cruise, I would still recommend the company and its tours.
