What To Expect

Key Largo

Mangrove Tunnel Kayak Adventure. Experience the waters off Key Largo as a local during this 3 hour tour in the mangroves off Key Largo. Kayak through crystal clear waters as we learn about the mangroves and their importance to the ecosystem of the Florida Keys. Learn about the birds, fish, turtles, and manatees that frequent these areas. For those that are interested snorkel through some of the tour as you experience the world under the mangroves as well. For those booking a 2 or more guests, we will automatically assign tandem (2 person) kayaks to those travelers. Travelers requesting single kayaks…please call the store at 395.451.3018 after booking to request single kayaks.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Janet was awesome. Extremely knowledgeable about the area, the ecosystem and it’s wildlife. We look forward to doing it again with our 10 year old daughter. The Florida Bay Outfitters headquarters has a great shop as well. Polarized sunglasses highly recommended to see aquatic life along your trip.

The tour was long enough to enjoy the surroundings and look for underwater life! Our tour guide was awesome! You can tell she really enjoys what she is doing. The tour was very family friendly and the staff was excellent with the kids. Highly recommended.

My sister and I went on this adventure and it was a lot of fun. Easy paddling through the Mangroves and the guide (Mike) did a great job finding things for us to see, fish, birds, sponge...The meetup area is easy to find, there's a shower for rinsing off when you return, and the store has a lot of neat stuff as well. Highly recommend this adventure.
