One of the best places to see the sunset and stargazing and it's also the highest mountain on earth. Comfortable 4X4 passenger van as transportation.Jackets and gloves provided to keep you warm. Experienced tour guide to talk about our history and show you our amazing night with a laser pointer. Get close to the stars with our professional Celestron telescope and get a nice photo with our DSLR camera.

This tour is the highlight of our Hawaii trip! Not all tours go to the summit, but this one definitely does. We had ample time to get acclimated to the altitude and also enjoy the sunset and see the stars. Gab and Aiden are fantastic guides! Gab is very friendly and helpful, and shared stories along the way. Aiden is very knowledgeable about astronomy, showed us 2 stars plus the moon via his telescope, and show us how to look for celestial objects. Wonderful pictures they took of individual families! They provided us with clean, warning jackets with hoods and gloves. Amazing trip!

The experience was out of this world and we felt like we were in a movie. The trip is a little overpriced for what you do but you have to do it if it is your first time . The time you spent in the summit is literally 15 minutes and then you go back for star gazing and that’s it. My only complaint it’s that if you are paying a higher price for this trip that you can do with a 4w car they should at least pick customers in their hotels or try to accommodate people . I texted them if it was possible to pick us up at Hilton Waikoloa hotels which it was like 4 minutes in car and 25 minutes walking , and they said they couldn’t when they Gad more people coming from the same place . Most of our tours came to pick us up. Good time there and out tour guy was very knowledgeable about stars which it was cool to know and the free picture was also good. Thanks for the experience but try to accommodate people to have a better experience since we are paying good money for this tour. Mahalo from NY
