I was very excited to take my husband here on our visit. There's soo much historical value in this building. Not only do you learn about Mel and his family but what about all the time and dedication that was involved in his discoveries. On the upper floor you can read about the pirates and the women of that time that joined that life. I'd save yourself from the populated tourist traps and stick with the top notch educational experience.

We enjoyed our visit and would do it again. It shows lots of interesting artifacts from the "Treasure Coast".

We enjoyed seeing all of the items that Mr Fisher has recovered from the shipwrecks he has salvaged. This museum is exactly what it advertises...
