Mendenhall Glacier Ice Adventure Tour

Overview
Explore Mendenhall Glacier on this exclusive adventure tour into the Alaskan Wilderness. Your expert guides will lead you on a journey across Mendenhall Lake where you will paddle together with a small group past icebergs, giant waterfalls, and wildlife. On your way to the ice, you will be surrounded by breathtaking scenery of mountain peaks nestled in the Tongass National Forest. Upon landing the canoe at a remote beach site, your guides will safely lead you on an interpretive hike around the rocky surfaces located directly in front of the glacier. Here you will discover the magnificent ice features up close. Views of specific glacial features like Ice Caves and Moulins cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the constantly moving ice. Every tour is unique and space is limited, making this Juneau’s most exciting and sought-after adventure tour.

Loved the guided canoe ride and exploration of Mendenhall. Ben and Spencer made it fun, informative, and a long-lasting experience for our entire party of 8 people, ages 12-50(ish)

Wow what a great day to see this magnificent sight. We booked this tour outside of the cruise line and as with anything you do like that you always wonder about getting back in time; well don’t worry. This company was great from start to finish and the glacier is awesome. Our guides (Abby and Joey) were friendly, fun and knowledgeable. They were conscious of our time constraints (being off the NCL Bliss) and had us back in plenty of time to board without rushing. We would definitely do this tour again. Hats off to Liquid Alaska Tours!

We definitely understand the importance of timing, especially while on a cruise ship. We take that that responsibility away from our guests so they can just enjoy their adventure with us. Yes, please come back again! The glacier is constantly changing so it is a new experience every time. Thank you.
