Highly recommend Liquid Alaska Tour and guides Ben and Ryan! Our family of four booked this trip separate from our NCL Blilss Cruise. Decided to try due to the company’s high ratings and guarantee back to ship on time. This excursion is one of best! We were greeted by Ben at the end of pier upon disembarkation. Took a short 20 min shuttle ride (as Ben provided quick history info of Juneau). At the lake, Ryan was waiting with all the equipments, clothing, boots, and even snacks. It took our group (14 people) about 45-50 mins (because we had beautiful weather and not too much wind) to canoe to Mendenhall Glacier. We took a quick snack break and hiked on to the glacier. We spent about 1 1/2 hours trekking and taking pictures. Ryan and Ben were knowledgeable, skilled, helpful, and even funny with jokes on our canoe back to shore. Nothing like walking on and seeing glacier in person. Also had the beautiful glacier lake to ourselves on our canoe back to shore. Guides ended our trip with warm drinks and shuttle ride back to ship.

We took the tour to the glacier on a recent trip to Alaska. We had a great time with the other guests paddling to the glacier and it was awesome to see and walk around on the glacier. It is definitely a once in a life time experience. The glacier has receded so far back you really can't see it well from the visitors center. Our guides, Joey & Grant were great. I highly recommend the trip.

This was the first and Best excursion on our cruise. The canoe trip out to glacier was great! Our guides, Spenser and Casey, were awesome. They were both very knowledgeable and fun at the same time. Hiking on the glacier was a breathtaking experience. I would definitely recommend this excursion. Thanks to Casey and Spenser for helping to make this incredible memory we will never forget.
