Explore Mendenhall Glacier on this exclusive adventure tour into the Alaskan Wilderness. Your expert guides will lead you on a journey across Mendenhall Lake where you will paddle together with a small group past icebergs, giant waterfalls, and wildlife. On your way to the ice, you will be surrounded by breathtaking scenery of mountain peaks nestled in the Tongass National Forest. Upon landing the canoe at a remote beach site, your guides will safely lead you on an interpretive hike around the rocky surfaces located directly in front of the glacier. All I can say is WOW! What an amazing experience to canoe near and hike on a glacier! Andrew and Alli were my guides for this tour. They were both a wealth of knowledge and made the day so much fun, but helped us all fell very safe! I'll be recommending this to all my friends, thanks Liquid Alaska for an awesome adventure!

My husband and I booked the Mendenhall Glacier Adventure Tour that was specifically for the Norwegian Bliss. We had a short port time in Juneau (7-1:30), and we wanted to do something adventurous. I'm so glad we found this tour through Liquid Alaska Tours. Casey and Matt were our guides, and they were top-notch! They were knowledgable, friendly, and attentive. The tour was part canoe, part glacier hike. Even though the canoe part was long, Casey and Matt made it entertaining. The glacier hike was absolutely breathtaking! There weren't any ice caves that we could safely visit, but Matt made this clear to us upfront. You can tell they make safety a top priority, and I really appreciate that. I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. I only wish we had a longer port time in Juneau! I would totally book this tour again! Thanks, Casey and Matt, for being the highlight of our cruise!

"Two Thumbs" up for Andrew and Ryan ..... The songs, jokes and knowledge about the glacier as we rowed across the lake in the downpour passed the time. The tour and these two guides made this one of the best trips of the cruise.
