The excursion was ok. I don’t think I need to do it again. After booking a 3:00 slot, they request that you arrive 45 minutes early, which we did. The instructions also say don’t stop at any ticket booths, check in directly at the boat. When we get to the boat, they send us to the ticket booth! I walk to the booth and they said they moved us to 3:30 because 3:00 was full! Uh no. One guy tried to explain a ‘staggered check in’ and just because you purchase for 3:00 doesn’t mean you’ll get on at that time. Nowhere on the Viator site states that. It actually says ‘don’t be late’ because they won’t wait for you and you won’t get a refund. Also, the rides are with Bay Rides or something similar and we were confused because that name isn’t given when you purchase. A mgr allowed us to get on the 3:00 boat ride. We were happy with that. The inside was sweltering hot and there is one fan. We made it work. The host was nice and funny, but it was hard to understand him at times. The houses are beautiful and being on the water was relaxing (until it became choppy and aggressive.) Overall the experience was ok. I wouldn’t do it again, but it was fine for one time.

Irs a pleasurable adventure . I recommend this tour with this company. We spent good time on the boat. The speaker lady provided with some info related to our adventure while on the boat. I personally, would like to hear more interesting facts , even little story . It would be great 👍

The whole team was incredibly accommodating! Some of out party missed the boat and they made sure we were rescheduled on next available boat trip which was very unexpected. We were grateful. The boat ride was the perfect length. The guides were very informative and entertaining! I would highly recommend this excursion! The hand crafted cocktails were delicious! Book it you will not be disappointed. Get there early so you don’t miss the boat and to get a good spot.
