Lovely boat tour. Great for visitors from out of town. There is a bar with drinks and snacks for sale.

I bought tickets and wasn't able to locate the boat at the area they specified. After exhausted attempts to locate the place the time passed the departure time and then we requested a refund. We haven't gotten any refunds.

The cruise is not yacht it is more of a ferry feel. The cruise itself was an beautiful tour you can see city skyline all the islands mansions. I would recommend the last tour of day for the sunset. Value for price is there. To find the location instructions are not great, there is a large parking garage then behind it you will see Victoria secret behind that is the boats to the left you will see little white booth that’s where you check in and get a receipt they print it for you and this is what you hand to the employee when getting on the boat. Even though you get digital tickets those don’t matter. Then you get in line to the right by the blue umbrella. I would getting there an hour early to get in line in a good spot and not have any hassles. However, the cruise has some sketchy things to it. Employees aren’t the most professional overall, sarcastic and at times rude. There was a “raffle” they do in first 20 min - I would opt out seems like they are doing it for collecting data on raffle forms. Then if you win they sit you down talk really fast and in the end ask you for $ for a “deposit” in cash or Venmo. It was a scam. Don’t fall for it! Then another passenger said with there drinks they were overcharged and tacked on an gratuity on top of there tip, didn’t say anything. If I was to do this over again I would do the tour but not participate in raffle at all. Just take advantage of views and get off the boat. Or use a different company this one was very sketchy.
