We booked a 11:00 trip and showed up about 40 early only to be told then that our 11:00 trip was now 11:45…. I’m pretty sure they delayed it because of lower booked patrons…. Okay I get that but why not email us about this delay so we weren’t there so early. Poor operations. The narrator was great but…

It implied a marguerita drink which was not the case and staff weren’t that helpful on the pier. Difficult to find
