Unlike some of the other reviews, the tour guide we had was terrible. The only descriptive words she seemed to know were the colours of the rainbow and the word 'good' or 'expensive'. She spoke incredibly fast so it was hard to understand, and would only say about 4 words in English before repeating the same 4 words in Spanish. Really hard to follow and so unengaging. Over and over again we heard 'and on your right, you'll see a beige villa. This belongs to... Full stop'. So don't expect much more information/effort. To improve: - Do some research on what you're talking about and find out some interesting stories you can share that people will remember. A very limited attempt was made to do this (e.g. this person died in that house). - Tour guide could spend a lot more of the guide talking and sharing useful and interesting information about Miami - Learn how to talk so it excites people - not monotone, show some personality, build the story. - Say the whole piece of information on a property in English, then say the full paragraph in Spanish. This way people know when to start and stop listening. The other way (4 words English, then 4 words Spanish) is so unpleasant and tiring. - if you're telling people to visit somewhere, they need some compelling reasons as to why to go, not just that it's 'good'. P. S. I doubt that dome is Ricky Martin's jacuzzi considering the floor of the dome is flat and it doesn't look like anything is inside it?

Wonderful cruise. The tour was fun and exciting seeing all the mansions and the city lights. It was a really beautiful time on the water. I’d go again.

It was garbage I got charge for the Everglades but never got there because I knew nothing about transportation they couldn’t find my reservation although I had the number so I end up not going out on the 11am cruise but on the 12:30 cruise and after the run around I finally end up on the city tour where the driver appeared to be a none shaLunt temperament the whole experience was horrible and I want my money back for not going to the Everglades your company suck and I will never recommend you at all
