This could have been a fun tour; however, the guide struggled with time management and just a lack of ability to be very engaging. I believe her name was Karla, she only said it once and barely introduced her trainee. She did not show up until 11 so we were not sure we were in the right place. She did not help the group to really engage with each other. Fortunately we had some other folks on the 11 person tour that started conversations and made it more enjoyable. We were hoping for a bit more of a tour and knowledge of the area; we got a little but it wasn't much. The food choices were good but the planning was not. Tour guide didn't bring enough plates and did not offer enough utensils for food sharing. The restaurants we visited didn't seem to realize that we were there for a specific "tasting" item and service was very slow. At one place were were only there for cake and it took 40 minutes; the cake was dry and not very good. While we sat, bored, waiting for service, there was no attempt to engage or entertain and the whole group turned to their phones for something to do. Then there was another long delay while the guide tried to pay the bill. Wondered why the bill paying and ordering was not arranged in advance so we could keep moving. We finally left the tour after 3.5 hours (didn't even get to the last restaurant) because of the long wait times and other obligations. I would recommend this with another tour guide, but not with this person. Not worth the price at all.

The tour guide was very informative concerning the history and culture of Milwaukee as well as the local cuisine. I thought that the food selected was representative of the City of Milwaukee. The walk was very invigorating and was just the right length.
