Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park
Your guide would take you to see the beautiful iconic buttes, spires and mesas that have made Monument Valley famous on part of the 17 mile loop drive. We would then go to the back country restricted areas of the Tribal Park to stand beneath the natural arches, amp theaters and get right up close to the Anasazi petroglyphs. Our guides are so kind and would explain the traditional meanings of each location, history, and culture while answering any question that you might think of. Navajo Spirit Tours does not shy away from some of the spiritual topics that you might not hear about on a regular day. We do try our best in the short amount of time that we have with each of our guests to teach as much as we can while you are here. We do look forward to meeting you!

The Sunrise Navajo Spirit Tour was the absolute highlight of our vacation. We were guided on an amazing private jeep tour (five of us) through the stunning mountain formations of Monument Valley. The silence and exceptional photography opportunities are unforgettable. Our native tour guide Larson, was open minded, funny and very friendly. He shared interesting insights of his Navajo culture and showed us the best trails. It was all so moving. We will never forget this experience. Thank you so much! We highly recommend this tour.

We had an incredible Teardrop Arch tour with our guide Don. He was amazing! My 7-and 12-year-olds were captivated, even with the heat. We got to explore the formations just outside of the Monument Valley Tribal Park and it was a great experience. A real highlight of our trip. So worth it!

We took the all-day tour that includes Monument Valley and Mystery Valley, and had Will as our guide. The day was really special, the way it combined being immersed in the stunning and somehow humbling landscape of Monument Valley with learning about the Navajo people's culture and history. Will was very informative and also funny, and paced it all well. He even sang a traditional Navajo song for us, making the most of the great acoustics under a huge semi-dome rock called The Big Hogan. The afternoon in Mystery Valley was special too, a very different geology, with large pancake-shaped rocks, for example. Will also took us to see ruins of ancient, pre-Navajo residents, and more. We saw and learned a lot and came away enriched, and with lasting memories.
