Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park
Your guide would take you to see the beautiful iconic buttes, spires and mesas that have made Monument Valley famous on part of the 17 mile loop drive. We would then go to the back country restricted areas of the Tribal Park to stand beneath the natural arches, amp theaters and get right up close to the Anasazi petroglyphs. Our guides are so kind and would explain the traditional meanings of each location, history, and culture while answering any question that you might think of. Navajo Spirit Tours does not shy away from some of the spiritual topics that you might not hear about on a regular day. We do try our best in the short amount of time that we have with each of our guests to teach as much as we can while you are here. We do look forward to meeting you!

My wife and I recently took a trip through Monument Valley and chose Navajo Spirit Tours to help us out. We couldnt decide wether to take the 7 hour sunset or the 3 hour sunset tour. The woman on the phone that took our order suggested we take the 3 hour since it was our first time. I think most tour agents would have suggested the longer tour because they would have made more money. Right out of the gate we had a good feeling about the company. Our guide was Larson. Absolutely a great guide. Very knowledgable about the area new every spot to take a great photo. He was able to also share camera settings for everyones phone to enhance their photos. Larson also gave us suggestions where to take some great night time photos of the Mily Way and also a great steak house in Mexican Hat called the Swinging Steak. Navajo Spirit Tours was worth every penny. Stay away from the many tour guides in the parking lot of the Visitors Center and book Navajo Spirts Tours in advance.. You cant go wrong. Next time we come back we are going to take the 7 hour tour

What a great experience: driving through beautiful Monument Valley with our Navajo guide, Will Cowboy (his real name!) at sunset! Will was very informative, told us about his culture, the nature in the valley and gave us plenty of time to look around and enjoy all the beauty. We came with our two kids of 5 and 3 and they were so fascinated that even though they only speak and understand Dutch, they really enjoyed themselves.

I had read reviews before coming and read about Don Mose. We were so lucky to have him as a guide. It was extremely interesting to hear about the history of the Navajos. Wished that our daughter who is a teacher had been with us. We loved his demonstration with the water and the sand. This trip was no just a “tourist” tour of Momument Valley, it was an amazing trip back in the American Native history. If we should come back we would certainly want Don as a guide again.
