Duffy was extremely knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions. It was wonderful to be able to see things you wouldn’t be able to on the general loop.

We booked our tour with Viator but unfortunately we had to cancel due to strong winds. Usually you have to cancel 24h in advance but when I called they were just amazing, I explained that my toddler was crying because all the wind outside and they reassured me saying that they understood and that we’ll be fully refunded in a few days. They were not only kind but fast. I got a cancellation email a few minutes later and a next day refund!! So professional! Thanks Viator!

A fabulous experience for my party of 5. Our tour guide, Bobby, couldn’t have been more accommodating or informative. We felt lucky to have him. We learned so much about the Navajo culture and land that morning. The teens and tween in my crew were fully engaged and enjoyed every minute of the sites, capturing the right picture, the stories and of course the traditional flute playing. An experience worthwhile!
