We recently had our tour to Mount Rainier but starting with a vehicle with no AC at 90 degree F weather wasn't the best experience. Our tour guide John was very informative and I know he couldn't do anything about the AC but unfortunately for me and my husband, it took away from our whole experience because it was a long drive to and from Paradise and all the stops in between and it felt like no air was running. We appreciated the views at the stops but the entire tour itself was nothing to really RAVE about. We've booked with Viator before with a different tour company and compared to that one, this was just average. Our tour guide was happy to take our pictures and he was knowledgeable about Mount Rainier and all the facts, but I think the overall experience could be made more fun and more enthusiastic.

Thank you for your feedback. We have a vehicle that we have found out even after AC recharging still was not able to fully keep up with the Arizona like weather we have been experiencing. We are looking into this further. I would like to hear the things you did with John. If you would like to discuss your time spent with him further please give us a call and ask for a manager.

Absolutely enjoyed the tour! So glad we booked this tour. our guide was Joe was amazing he made the tour more fun and worthwhile. Adequate stops for us to stretch and restroom breaks. If we had gone by ourself we definitely would not have seen all the viewpoints and falls on our way to beautiful Mt.Rainier. 10/10 from our experience.

The tour was well planned. We were allowed a great look at all the famously scenic areas of the park. Plenty of rest stops were included. Our guide Joel’s narration was very informative, funny and full of interesting anecdotes. The seats were a little small, that was the only slight issue. AC in the bus was set just right. At the end, eewere tired from all the walking, but it was a great trip, I highly recommend it.
