Highly recommend this trip. Well worth the money. If you are looking for a one day informative trip packed with adventure and information then this is the trip for you. You have to be able to keep moving however. We had to get our bathroom stops, ice cream stop and shopping done in a very quick manner and keep moving to make the established time lines. It wasn't terrible, definitely ok for us but if you have small children, elderly or folks who just want to take their time then this trip may be a bit too much for them. We had a great time and appreciated the chance for a carriage ride, boat ride and private tour of plantation all in one day. Bus was comfortable and bus driver was friendly and professional.

We were two couples in our 60's & 70's touring Charleston. Overall we enjoyed our tour. We had a great and safe bus driver for the day. The carriage ride was the best and our driver Maggy was very informative with a fun personality. The Carolina Belle tour was also informative and the lunch was delicious and so much better than expected. Boone Farm Plantation tour of the house was very enjoyable but the tram ride through the property was not. The ride was very bumpy, jarring and uncomfortable. Most of the narrative was a repeat of what we already heard in the house tour. Had there been any clue as to the roughness of the ride we all would have skipped this part. In summary we all would have appreciated more time between each part of the tour. Everything felt a little rushed. Still we were glad we took the trip.

Loved this tour! I’ve been to Charleston 3 times now, but this is the first doing a plantation besides the carriage & boat rides. I totally enjoyed the whole day and the boxed lunch was actually good!
