Everyone was very friendly & fun to talk to. We enjoyed stopping on the river bank for lunch. Our guide, Trent, was very entertaining during our rafting trip. We also enjoyed the history info he provided & the recommendations of where to tour after the float & where to get a good beer & pizza.

West Virginia Adventures was great. We were greeted the second we got there and fitted with our gear. Their facilities were clean and all the staff was nice and professional. We did the Lower New River Rafting Day Trip on a cold day but we didnāt even notice. Kirby was our guide and he was outstanding. He talked endlessly with our kids about whatever they would bring up and kept us moving down the river. We have been rafting before and West Virginia adventures definetly earned our 5 stars. I would highly recommend and when we return to West Virginia we will be booking with them again.

I was a very nervous first-time rafter going. Will was the best guide. He was funny, patient, laid-back but very skilled, and encouraging. I'm so glad that he wqs our guide for this trip--it ended up being a great experience for me. The river is beautiful, and the rapids were just rough enough for a few thrills without it being a scary, stressful experience. All of the staff members were great==highly recommended for a first timer!
