Great day with Birdman. All the guides were helpful and my 3 boys enjoyed the day immensely. I did as well. I highly recommend this outfit.

A great experience. We had kids from 12-22 and the trip was perfect for us. The rapids were exciting enough but we never felt unsafe. Also, appreciated the opportunities to swim and jump into the river. I'm so glad we picked this smaller company. Individual attention and they really cared about our experience. We will be back.

My wife and floated with Kirby on the Lower New. It was a great experience made more enjoyable do to Kirby's enthusiasm and knowledge of the River. Having the boat for just the two of us was more expensive, but worth the extra for the private experience.
After speaking to Rob, the owner, when I called to inquiry about a float, I decided on WV Adventures because they were a smaller operation thinking the service would be more personalized and better overall.... I wasn't disappointed.
Highly recommend if you're looking to do a rafting trip on the New or Gauley.
