This was one of our favorite activities when we visited New Orleans! Chef Dianne was awesome, and the food was absolutely delicious!! It was fun to meet visitors from other parts the world. We have made the dishes at home for family. Would love to take another class, if we ever get to return to NOLA.

Sit to the back so you can see the food being prepared in the mirror. More and better bread served please!

What a wonderful experience. I loved the focus on Louisiana's unique culture told through history and food. The dishes we learned how to make were very tasty and I look forward to making them once I get back home. Chef Michael commands your attention as he easily displays how to make some of this regions most famous cuisine while hitting you with historical facts sprinklied with humor and much flavor. Definitely check this out. The food was excellent.
