The Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry operates from 9:00am to 3:00pm with regular departures from Battery Park. You will need to redeem your ticket voucher with a Big Bus Tours staff member before heading to the ferry terminal
This ticket includes a ferry journey to both Liberty Island and Ellis Island, but not interior monument or museum access.

We took the 3 day hop on hop off tours of New York and we got a fourth day free as a bonus. We took the Upper East side tour witch was fun. We then took the red line with Bernie! Bernie was fun, entertaining and had lots of knowledge of NY, that first day we got off at the 9/11 Memorial. The next day we finished the red line and later at night we did the night tour. While waiting in line, we saw Bernie and we let people pass us in line so that we could enjoy Bernie’s knowledge for a second time!! If your not sure where to go and what to do in NY I recommand highly Big Bus tour!!

The BigBusTours in New York worked really for us , we found it to be an excellent service and found waiting time ok . We had a 3 day tour and 5 attractions , this worked extremely well for us , the guilds were very knowledgeable especially Haynes and Sherwood . Thank you for the excellent experience .

I would not recommend getting this pass to be honest. The other big tour company has waaaay more buses so while you are waiting for your bus you will easily see 2 or 3 buses of the other company and the routes are not that diferent from each other.
