The Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry operates from 9:00am to 3:00pm with regular departures from Battery Park. You will need to redeem your ticket voucher with a Big Bus Tours staff member before heading to the ferry terminal

Booked a Big Bus 3 day pass with 5 attractions. Confusing at first as instructions not clear that you need to print off the bus pass element from an appointed representative and to get the attraction pass, you have to go to Madame Taussads.

Negotiated the 3 day bus ticket down to $60 and what great value! The ticket included the 3 days, plus a night tour and a circle boat trip. Lots of buses, very informative guides....especially Lee who was awesome. I was actually surprised how much I enjoyed the experience! Would totally recommend this company.

I found the Big Bus Tours to be very informative and a great way to see the sights of New York. A special mention for John Harkins who narrated the tour and brought the city to life. He was interesting, humorous and gave us some really good tips along the way. All the tour guides were good but he was by far the best.
