This was the worst money we spent!! Just save this money and get an Uber to take you exactly to the spot you want to be or take another transportation. The first day we had to take the subway to 42nd since we purchased the big pass. It’s too hard with today’s technology to just text or email it all. The second day we decided to save time instead of spending the first couple hours of our day getting to where we wanted to be on the bus route and got an Uber to our exact spot. The third day we finally rode it and had a very friendly guy telling us about places as we rode. But again, we could have made it in half the time in a car. My advise would be download the subway routes and check them for stops close by, plus you’ll get that experience of the big city! Then budget for Uber.

Good Afternoon Drtraveler75, We apologize if you weren't provided with any information. If there is not an agent located at the stop you choose to board, you will still be permitted to board and have your voucher scanned at the next stop with an agent. The exception is if you purchase a “Big Pass” ticket that comes with attractions. With that ticket, you will still be permitted to board the bus. However before you visit any of your attractions, you must visit our Welcome Center to obtain your attraction pass. so we apologize if you weren't assisted. You are correct, the subway is an efficient way to shoot around the city, however it is a different experience than taking a hop on hop off sightseeing tour. We hope by this time, you have gotten your money situation straightened out, and that the rest of your time in NYC was enjoyable. Kind Regards, BBTNY

We had expected wait times which were not too bad, very busy so no seats upstairs, no a/c downstairs, too hot and very uncomfortable in July. Cannot hear guide as headsets didnt work. When we eventually got a seat upstairs, shouldn't have bothered, sittingv in NYC traffic jam with sun blazing.= torture. If you do decide to do this in middle of summer, wear a hat !

Good Afternoon deborahgK3404ZW, Although, we monitor demand and prepare for busier times by increasing our bus fleet, there are events out of our control. We can not force any passenger to hop-off which can cause limited seating and an increase in delay. Please know our buses are equipped with A/C, we monitor these issues and have them corrected immediately. Please provide bus numbers, to [email protected] so we may remove them from rotation and report it to our mechanics. While New York traffic is unpredictable, we do our very best to still provide our passengers an opportunity to explore. We hope this experience doesn't deter you from touring with us in the future. Kind Regards, BBTNY
