Firstly, please know we care about our staff and our passengers, international and local alike, we pride ourselves in operating a compassionate and ethical business, any thing less of that is going against our core values. We do have A/C as well as check our buses before leaving for the days service, but sometimes we experience issues during hotter days. We do understand your time is important, and unfortunately, we cannot control the NYC traffic. We do our best to monitor our routes and show our customers the best sites while still moving efficiently.
In regards to the cruise, please be aware you have 5 days from the date of purchase to utilize the cruise and you can take the cruise from two piers 83 and 16. Departure times are posted on website, app and on the paper voucher provided to you when purchasing the tickets. With that being said, you shouldn't have been treated in that manner and provided the information. Any behavior that is not professional and kind is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
