The Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry operates from 9:00am to 3:00pm with regular departures from Battery Park. You will need to redeem your ticket voucher with a Big Bus Tours staff member before heading to the ferry terminal
This ticket includes a ferry journey to both Liberty Island and Ellis Island, but not interior monument or museum access.

Awesome tour and tour guides. The highlight of our trip was the Brooklyn bus tour with John Harkins. It was rainy and very few people got on the bus with us but he was amazing. He personalized the narration and answered all our questions. He was so knowledgeable and passionate about the city and made it so much fun. Thanks John!

We had an awesome time on the Big Bus Tours. We had some excellent tour guides Steve, Bernie, Darius and all of the other guides were very personable, had a wealth of knowledge about the city and some fun facts too. We took every tour accept Brooklyn and we were entertained and found out more information every time. We will use them in every city we visit. Also the drivers are amazing at maneuvering the NYC traffic, kudos Romo and all the others. If I had one suggestion it would just be the timing. I know there is not much you can do with traffic but we waited over an hour at the central park zoo stop and saw 3-5 Grayline buses pass bus by.

Had a great day yesterday hopping on and off the Bug Bus Tour in NYC taking it to Battery Park and back to Time Square. Great tour and super tour guide. Thank you! Good value for money
