The Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry operates from 9:00am to 3:00pm with regular departures from Battery Park. You will need to redeem your ticket voucher with a Big Bus Tours staff member before heading to the ferry terminal
This ticket includes a ferry journey to both Liberty Island and Ellis Island, but not interior monument or museum access.

Great time. Everyone was great. We did the downtown, uptown, Harlem and night tour. Didnt have time for Brooklyn. The tour guides were so knowledgeable. The guide on the Harlem tour tended to talk more about himself, lol but he was so nice. The inside lower part of the bus was so hot. The driver on the Harlem tour got out and rigged the windows so we could get a breeze which was amazing. Great way to see all the major sights.

The Big Bus tour of downtown New York was a great option for us as one of our chosen activities on our City Pass Voucher, our tour guide was Darius and he was great, very informative and helpful, full of interesting information. He was charming and engaging and we very much enjoyed the tour

We have done both the Upper and Lower tours and both were excellent. Darius was one of the guides and he was excellent- really informative and very funny too - really made the tour. Recommended!
