The Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry operates from 9:00am to 3:00pm with regular departures from Battery Park. You will need to redeem your ticket voucher with a Big Bus Tours staff member before heading to the ferry terminal
This ticket includes a ferry journey to both Liberty Island and Ellis Island, but not interior monument or museum access.

We did a few days hop on hop off plus the Brooklyn tour, what an amazing way to get around the city. The guides are informative and helpful. We came across a few different guides who had lots of interesting local knowledge but were particularly impressed with Tim who also did our Brooklyn tour, he has so much knowledge about the city and it’s history. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.

Good activity, but later found that the end time is 5 pm for all the routes though the sunset is around 7:30 pm towards end of March, also there are several other hop on hop off companies at cheaper rates and more frequency, run till late( other than the night tour) Overall, good experience. Tour guide was quite knowledgeable, one of them was really funny, gave some funny comparisons while doing the tour guiding. Loved that.. Also the real time bus tracking is not accurate. Doesnt show the exact time of the bus arriving on the app in NYC, havent faces this issue on the app in any other city. Would be great if these points were looked upon.

I'm an avid traveller and user of the hop-on hop-off bus no matter the city I visit! I have to say during my experience in NYC with Big Bus Nick and Richard really stood out as personable, witty, friendly and all-round great tour guides offering great insight and humour to the Harlem and Uptown tours that I hopped on with them. Thanks so much guys and keep up the high energy!! P
