It's like playing crap's. Roll the dice and you don't know what you can get.We started our tourone day withPaul S. and he was great. Knew a ton of stuff and spoke very well. Then we got off and got another bus, which was not as good as what we had had the first time. The lines were long at certain stops and those places we did not get on, but picked another place where a shorter line got us on the bus. Lots of buses to pick from, just wish that Paul S. was on each one. A good deal is to us the ID strip to get a reduced rate for some of the paces you want to see. CHeck first a lot of buses to pick from.

Best way to explore new York. The only challenges we had were bus malfunction twice in a 3 day trip. But were able to change the bus in a reasonable time. The blue line on 8/15/18 starting around 3:30 pm took short cut and didn't let us get down at Madison square. Walked to Penn Station from Times Square. I think overall a good experience. One thing I would suggest is please do enough background checks for the tour promotes on the street, a couple of them were annoying and rude to people with other nationalities.

Read the reviews and I’m staggered by the positive comments. To give you an idea, Time Square to 911 walking will take approx 1hr30. Enroute you will pass Empire State etc. A 3 days pass will cost approx $70 per person. But know one thing; there are more ticket sellers than there are buses, probably 5:1. Do the maths, if you can get a seat upstairs on the viewing deck consistently, I’d be amazed. We used the bus day 1 and walked days 2 &3. It’s a waste of time and money. The only one shining star from the bus ticket we purchased was the inclusion of the cruise. This would be an hour to SOL but one tip from me, when you visit the pier, upgrade the cruise at the cost of $10 per person. This is a cruise lasting 2hr 30 mins and show you far far more. A real highlight.

Good Afternoon markandsusie2015, We apologize for the delay in responding to your review, as we do always try to answer customer comments in a timely fashion. It is unfortunate that your experience with Big Bus didn’t live up to your expectations. We always strive to provide the best sightseeing adventure possible. We do not oversell our tickets to profit our business, as we are not a reservation based company. We apologize if you weren’t able to sit up top, and we do add more buses to prevent waits and overcrowding during busier times. We are happy to hear that you did in fact enjoy the cruise to the Statue of Liberty as we know that this is a highlight of the NYC experience. We hope you will give us a chance to redeem ourselves, and you will continue to use Big Bus for your future sightseeing endeavors. Kind Regards, BBTNY
