DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT waste your money on this. We paid $89 for 2 people to ride a very cramped, dirty bus around lower Manhatten with a pre-recorded person's voice talking and pointing out sights that were not anywhere around us. The bus driver was Italian, spoke Italian, stayed on his cell phone and didn't say one word to the passengers on the bus. After an hour of this abuse, we hopped off and never hopped back on. Total waste of money. If someone is leaving positive comments on this TOPVIEW SIGHTSEEING Hop On, Hop Off tour bus, I can only assume they are employed by this company.

The spots to be picked up are not detailed on their maps. I waited where I thought was the pick up point for over 30 minutes and when I called them, they stated it was across and down the street. I waited over another hour for the next bus and then it almost broke down. There was no tour guide on the bus explaining anything on the tour. When I spoke with customer service they were rude and incompetent. I asked for a refund and they have a no refund policy but there offered free passes good up to two years. I will never use them again.

I enjoyed the boat ride, also the ability to listen to tour guide information on the headset. I was overall pleased with the tour. I sat on the upper deck and got a bird’s eye view!
