Over zealous sales men said buses were every 10 minutes but worst could be 30 mins.In reality waited over an hour on first stop and an hour on second stop but not allowed on as full so had to walk. Lucky we did not have to get back to start point as would not have been possible. Don't use this company f this is how they operate. We were pesterd by mnay such companies on street corners d rather wak in future as did for other days.

We had to wait for over a half hour for the bus to come. We were told it stops every ten minutes. When it did come, the Topview was full. We figured since it on/off we would get on and stay in the bottom of the bus until some people got off and we could go above. The bottom of the bus is terrible! You CANNOT SEE out the windows which are covered in a cloudy plastic. Six of us bought tickets from a Topview street vendor who printed out the wrong ticket for two of us. We all bought Uptown tickets and when the driver saw that ours was a Downtown ticket he angrily told two of us to get off the bus. We wanted to stay with our friends, so we insisted on staying, since it was not our fault the ticket was printed out incorrectly. Overall a not so great experience.

I feel we should have been offered maps,earplugs and ponchos on entering the bus. The bus itself was oldish and not that clean. There was no timetable any where that indicated when the buses would be arriving at each stop. After exiting at the museum of New York, I found it difficult to find the stop again ,as there was no signage. We were told to expect buses at the stop every 15/20 minutes. This was not the case . While a group of us waited, 3 buses belonging to a rival sightseeing company, passed our stop. We were sorry that we hadn’t booked the other bus. The audio was clear though it did not seem to correspond to where we were passing. The information was informative though it was difficult to match the story with the buildings as the audio did not give building numbers. All in all, the service was fair.
