I feel we should have been offered maps,earplugs and ponchos on entering the bus. The bus itself was oldish and not that clean. There was no timetable any where that indicated when the buses would be arriving at each stop. After exiting at the museum of New York, I found it difficult to find the stop again ,as there was no signage. We were told to expect buses at the stop every 15/20 minutes. This was not the case . While a group of us waited, 3 buses belonging to a rival sightseeing company, passed our stop. We were sorry that we hadn’t booked the other bus. The audio was clear though it did not seem to correspond to where we were passing. The information was informative though it was difficult to match the story with the buildings as the audio did not give building numbers. All in all, the service was fair.
