Tour itself was great! Buses were comfortable. Headphones good. Lots of great information on sights! Could only give 3 stars because of problem with ticketing!

No bus for 40min. Many people were waiting. This company is selling lots of tickets that cannot be used because they don't have enough busses and seats

The bus took us on a wonderful tour of uptown New York. We saw numorous sites and learned lots from the knowledgable and entertaining tour guide. She is 88 years old and performed well. But very annoying. On several occassions on this 90 minute tour she stopped her tour dialogue to beg for tips. She told us that she deserved the tip and that it was our duty to tip. And loose change is no good. It must be bills, $5, $10 or $20. And each member of the family must leave a tip. She stood at the exit of the bus with a bucket. I decided that I wouldn't be bullied into leaving a tip. She was obviously annoyed shouted insults at me as I left the bus.
