We really regret wasting our money. The shortest wait we had for a bus was 40 minutes and later in the day after waiting a full hour we took a taxi. In total on our first day we stood for 3 hours in the heat waiting for buses. The subway did a far better and cheaper job of getting around. Massively over-sold with absolutely no effort to fulfil their obligation. We complained to the 5th Avenue office and they offered to extend for another day which we turned down. We did not want to waste another day of our holiday waiting for a non-existent bus.

It was helpful in getting to sights but it was long and hot. The one I was on had no air conditioning at the bottom level so you had to sit up top where the sun was bearing down on you.

Do not book this, not worth the huge expense, they are selling more tours than what is actually operating. Thw website and leaflets both advertiae and list toura that dont wxost any more! Maps and commentary are out of date, it makes reference to actors as if they are the biggest stars right now but they have been dead for 10 years or more. Really not worth the price, you can get to most attractions by foot or tube the tube cost 2.75 regardless of where you go .. please do not buy this tour! However the staff we had contact with at the various stops were helpful and courteous. However drill do not buy this!
