Actually provide the service that we paid for. We waited over an hour for a bus then we went 2 stops and we were told to get off and join a huge queue. The staff are rude and disorganised and we were treated like cattle. Witnessed a dreadful scene when a bus driver trapped a man in the bus doors and attempted to drive off with the man’s children already seated upstairs. I have attempted to get a refund absolutely no chance, they are able to cancel buses and behave dreadfully but are able you hide behind their alleged terms and conditions . Do not book with this company you will be wasting your money

Great way to see the city. Had Carey twice and he is the best! All folks along the way super helpful. Bought tickets online, however wished we bought from a vendor in the street as they work very hard. Highly recommend!

We have bought the 48 hour tour. The lines were very long and we were lied to when we bought the tickets on what is included. The drive itself was good.
