Did many tours with them for 3 days probably went on 15+ busses. No wifi and no AC at all. No idea why they charge so much and then say “some busses have wifi, some busses AC works” yet every single one we went on the AC did not work nor did the wifi. Lines we’re long and not enough busses to accommodate. Waited an 1 hour+ in lines in the heat for multiple tours. Downstairs of the bus was so humid and warm with no ac, we stepped off the bus and it was colder …. even though outside was 33 degrees celsius (91.4 Fahrenheit)

We booked a72 hour pass for our party of 7 Really friendly representative that explained the tours and engaged with us (very professional and a nice guy) Buses are around every 10 minutes but unfortunately are packed out which leads to waiting. You will see and be approached by several representatives of the tour bus company as you walk around NYC (Red uniform is everywhere) it’s a shame the business is not focusing on getting you around and investing in more buses rather than selling you a ticket! On the positive side the drivers we met were very friendly and represented the business well. If you are in a group I would suggest getting the tickets on individual devices to speed entry onto the bus and also giving you the flexibility to travel independently particularly when space is so limited
