Waste of money. The app does not show real time when the bus comes for the blue line. It runs 4 times a day. Had to take a cab from the Met. We bought 3 day, and used the bus 4 times.

The ppl who is working in the bus very nice and helpful but the bus stops little far away from the points specially i have special need

Accessibility was very convenient and excellent. Staff were helpful and when buses were full to capacity a second bus was always near by. The commentary of the tour was very helpful and informative. Excellent way to get a great overview of NYC.
