We booked a 3 day pass with this company before we left the UK taking advantage of their discounted rates we thought. We used the buses twice before we gave up and decided to cut our loses. Journey 1, the driver was fine but the bus was stopping & breaking down loads and we could hear the driver onto his control taking advice(shut the vehicle down & re-start) the bus was really dirty & old and in my opinion ready for the breakers yard. Journey 2, the driver couldn’t be bothered with anything other than getting back in his seat & driving, he was well overdue for retirement. His attitude was just bone idle & negative with everyone, even though there were a couple of seats on the bus he would just sail past the stops. After that we just didn’t bother using them again even though we had 2 days left. Conclusion, filthy outdated buses & at least1 bone idol driver, don’t bother!

TOPVIEW sight seeing, dysfunction ofthe organization and taking into account the client We lived a deplorable organization last week in NY. We bought 4 tickets on the street. Meeting point wa wrong, 2hours waiting, to finish the bus that arrived was diwn.We went 2 times to the agency, the welcome was deplorable no response, contradictory information, untrue about the manager who never answerd. So much fun!! Great tour i would definitely recommend taking one of these the whole route! You will see all of NYC - Beautiful views. We will definitely be back on our next time in the city.
