The cruise would have been great but the problem is that they download the boarding passes then do not accept them and this created a double charge on my Go City pass explorer and the problem has not been recognized yet. We were a small group and I had downloaded the boarding passes on my wall for everyone, but they wanted to see the Go city passes unfortunately some had a dead phone so on board they went over and created the problem of double charging it is not okay that they give the opportunity to download the boarding pass then do not accept them!

If you book with a pass, you must have that pass when you show up to the boat. — the booking/reservation you make is not payment. The pass is the payment. If someone explains that their phone battery has died, we allow you on board and then will complete the transaction once aboard. Guests have the option to use their phone or could print out the QR code for the PASS from your voucher in advance. Unfortunately, your passes didn’t work even after we recharged your phone battery for you & you were charged per our policy. If you don’t show up with a valid pass, you will be charged. Your showing up without a valid pass is the exact reason why we now require a credit card & place a hold (like a hotel or car rental reservation) when accepting a booking request. It is regrettable that you blame us for your own misunderstanding and circumstances.

my nefarious experience, it is much more expensive than a normal cruise thought was more beautiful and original I booked it, it turns out that 174 people enter but there are only seats for about 50, the others had to settle as we could, specifically us above the boxes that store the life jackets, uncomfortable and insecure, there was live music but only heard if you were sitting downstairs, on the deck above where we had to put or heard, and there was a bar, where the beer was worth 12 dollars plus fees plus tips, that is, about 15 € a change... a total disappointment, I do not recommend it to ANYONE, the only good thing is that they gave us a blanket to each for the cold.

We are sorry you didn’t appreciate our offerings. I think you may be confusing us w another company as our vessel does not carry that many people.

Wonderful experience and very suggestive. We did this activity on our first night in New York and were impressed. The accompanying musical background during the cruise was the icing on the cake. If you have the chance and the time to take it, it is definitely worth it.
