I called on the phone advising that I was five minutes late, that I was a few blocks away and I was ten minutes away, they told me that yes, and when I arrived m boat was still moored but the attendant employee did not let us pass, and still asked us the qr codes “to see if he could offer us another option” but in the end it was to collect the sigthseeing pass even if we have not climbed, we were scammed , maybe we did not miss anything because the boat was very different than we thought, too many people, were sitting next to each other

Please take responsibility for having missed the boat. (Not everything is someone else’s fault.)
Everyone else was on time and was waiting for you to show up. We try very hard, we call our clients who have not checked in by 15 minutes prior to departures, but when you say 5 minutes and then you have still not arrived, we cannot hold the boat and delay departure indefinitely. Once the boarding platform is withdrawn & we begin undocking the lines we cannot turn back easily.
Your card was scanned as a courtesy as otherwise we would have had to charge your credit card for a “no-show”. You were then offered to sail with us on the next scheduled departure — even though you had missed your scheduled departure.
