The experience itself was nice however the booking process was a nightmare- we booked through Trip Advisor however the service provider had different schedules so when we booked 9:30 am I called them to confirm and they said we don’t have a 9:30 am slot!!! So we had to cancel and refund the ticket, then we booked another slot and called them back to confirm and they said yes your reservation is booked- next day we went to the place and suddenly they said their system has issues and our booking is there but can not be used so they had to reschedule that !!! What a mess
