All bags are subject to inspection. Complimentary lockers are available to hold belongings while flying
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 2 must sit in an adults lap at no charge.

Monday 30 December 2024. The company cancelled the tour due to the forecast of bad weather and now will not give me my refund. The weather ended up being perfect as other helicopter tours were flying. The company sent correspondence via the app and confirming a refund will be credited back on my card, they have gone back on their word.

We are always happy to refund any flight cancelled due to weather. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] to ensure this happens. We may cancel our flights in dense fog, low clouds, poor visibility, lightning, extremely gusty winds and heavy rain or snow. The temperature outside has no effect on flight conditions as the helicopters are equipped with both heat and air conditioning. Our trained pilots make the final weather call.
